Kitchen Aid {GIVEAWAY}

I have a confession to make.  Some mornings when I get motivated enough, I pop something for dinner into the crock pot, play with my girls and then get ready and head off to work.  You're probably wondering, okay, what's to confess about that?  Well, on my way to the subway, I can't help but sing to myself "I can bring home the bacon.  Fry it up in a pan.  And never let you forget you're a man.  'Cuz I'm a woman -- W-O-M-A-N!"  Yes, I admit it.  Occasionally, I feel so accomplished that I sing the 80's Enjoli commercial theme (in my head, thank god, or else I probably would have been committed by now!) as I strut down the street. 

It's silly, right?  But since I work full time, the days when I do manage to cook dinner on top of the 267 other things I have to do give me a sense of pride.  I enjoy channeling my inner Martha, I just don't usually have the time to do it.  But I think I found something that might get my culinary juices flowing a little more often.

How fab are these hostess aprons from My Silly Monkey & Me?  I love love love the combination of fabrics and the retro chic feel!

I know, I know, I'm using a heck of a lot of exclamation points here but I'm having major cuteness overload.  If I can deck myself out in a My Silly Monkey & Me apron and headband and use the matching potholder, I just may cook more often.  I'm all about style when I bring home the bacon and fry it up in a pan.  Cue the music, please!
