Get Your Game On, V-Day Style!
For day 4 of the Valentine's Countdown I'm hosting over at Nickelodeon's Parents Connect, I'm sharing some great games and activities for February 14th! There are lots of fun ideas (most with free printables!) from Shindig Parties To Go, Katie Did, Make & Takes, Woo Jr., The Crafting Chicks, The Pretty Blog and more. And here's another one you don't want to miss from The Superchick herself, Genevieve from Celebrate Today.... the Superchick Way!
Gen created this awesome heart memory game - "A Perfect Match," get it? - that's great for kids of all ages. And it is so simple to make. Just print out the game pieces and either use a paper punch or scissors to cut them out.
You can stop there or if you want to get fancy with it - as true superchicks do! - glue each piece to some colored card stock. To jazz 'em up even more, add some scrapbook paper to the backs too.
Then wrap the pieces up and you're good to go! You can give them out along with valentines or just use them at home. Either way, this is an activity your kiddos will love on February 14th and beyond.
To get the full how to and download the free printable games pieces, visit Celebrate Today.... the Superchick Way. And for more V-Day games and goodies, check out my post over at the Valentine's Countdown at Parents Connect. Oh, and don't forget to enter to win some fabulous prizes while you're there!

Valentine's Freebie Festival: Day 16 {FREEBIES}
There's just one week until Valentine's Day! Have you picked out your cards yet? Planned your get together? I can see you nodding "no" through the monitor. Good thing we've got almost 150 (yes 150!) freebies linked up in our VALENTINE FREEBIE FESTIVAL to help get you started!
Today's pick is a simple but totally unique idea from one of my favorite bloggers (Kalleen from At Second Street) who shared it on one of my favorite blogs (Tatertots & Jello) so is it any surprise that I adore it? And I'm sure you will too. Without further ado, I present to you..... Love Juice Valentines!
Are they super cute or what?
To make them, Kalleen took regular bottles of water and covered the labels with wrapping paper.
Then she printed these heart labels onto card stock.
And these love juice tags onto file folder labels (you could also use sticker paper).
She stuck them onto single serve Kool-Aid packets, punched holes in the top and tied the packets along with sassy striped paper straws to the top of the water bottles and voila!
Instant Love Juice!
You can download all of the free printables to make your own Love Juice valentines here at Tatertots & Jello, and if you have a free Valentine's printable you'd like to share, enter it into the link up below!

Valentine's Freebie Festival: Day 15 {FREEBIES}
Today's pick from the VALENTINE FREEBIE FESTIVAL will help you throw a super sweet Valentine's Day get together, just like this one.
Delightful Designs created this I LOVE YOU (A Bushel and peck) printable package and I adore the red and blue color scheme, the love birds and the mod patterns.
Best of all, this package makes putting together a party easy peasy. Just add the food labels and straw flags to simple red, white and blue foods - like the heart cookies, cupcakes, sodas and candy you see here - hang the banner and your soiree is ready to start!
There are even coordinating mini Valentines to hand out during the bash or use as invitations. VA
It really doesn't get any simpler than that!

Valentine's Freebie Festival: Day 13 {FREEBIES}
For day 13 of the VALENTINE FREEBIE FESTIVAL, I've got a great alternative to handing out candy - and the fabulous printable to go along with it!
I've been trying to come up with something cute that Gabrielle and Alaina could "hand out" to their fellow toddler pals on Valentine's Day besides plain old cards. But we did crayons last year and candy isn't really an option for two year olds, so I was at a loss. And then I saw this fabulous idea on Twig & Thistle!
Who says your Valentine's Day treat can't be naturally sweet? Giving fruit may seem silly but not when they're adorned with adorable free printable stickers like these! There's "Orange you glad you're my Valentine?"
"We make the perfect pear!"
"I'm going bananas over you!"
And my personal favorite "You're the apple of my eye!"
Whether your kids hand them out to friends or find one from you when they open their lunch box, these fun messages are sure to be a hit!
You can download the free printable banners here at Twig & Thistle, and if you have a free Valentine's printable you'd like to share, enter it into the link up below!

But the perfect way to use them? Tied to the back of fun candy airplanes like these!

Valentine Freebie Festival, Day 11! {FREEBIES}
Today's pick from our VALENTINE FREEBIE FESTIVAL a super fun activity older kids will love - Conversation Heart Bingo!
Nicole, aka The Party Animal, created this game and it's so easy to play. Just put a bunch of conversation hearts in a bag and have the "caller" draw them one at a time. Roll each one onto the calling card and then have the players mark off the result - the color of the heart plus the letter from the card.
And the best part of this game is that everybody wins because there are lots of tasty candies to eat when it's over!
You can download the free printable conversation heart Bingo game here at The Party Animal, and if you have a free Valentine's printable you'd like to share, enter it into the link up below!

Valentine's Freebie Festival: Day 10 {FREEBIES}
For day 10 of our VALENTINE FREEBIE FESTIVAL, I'm sharing two fab freebies from a site I love called Supermom Moments. Both of these ideas are simple but fun ways to add some flair to the cards your kids give out on February 14th.
Up first is the Bouncy Ball Valentine. Just add a super ball to a 3x5 plastic bag, top with one of these cute sayings:
And have your little one sign the back.
Option number two is the Sip-a-dee-do-dah Valentine - simply glue a message to a silly straw.
Now really, does it get any easier than that? I love these ideas because they're unique and cost a few cents each. They'd make great party favors too. I'm just sayin'!
You can download these free printable valentine messages for the bouncy balls and straws via the links above, and if you have a free Valentine's printable you'd like to share, enter it into the link up below!

Valentine's Freebie Festival: Day 9 {FREEBIES}
It's day 9 of our VALENTINE FREEBIE FESTIVAL and holy guacamole - there are more than 100 amazing printables linked up already! You can plan a cupid-themed party, make some great games for your kiddos and print out enough valentines to send out to everyone you know and then some. And all for FREE!
Today's featured freebie comes from my good friends Maureen and Adria of Anders Ruff. I've had the pleasure of working with and spending time with these lovely ladies and they are truly two of the most warm and genuine people ever. I just adore them! And they are so so good at what they do. You may remember they designed the fabulous printables for Gabrielle and Alaina's birthday party.
It's been almost one year since Maureen and Adria launched Anders Ruff, and to celebrate, they created four free printable valentines. That's right - to celebrate their anniversary, they're giving us a gift! How fab is that?
I love the funky patterns and adorable sayings. One of these will be perfect for everyone on your list!
You can download these free printable valentine cards here, and happy birthday/anniversary (what the heck should I call it, anyway?) to Anders Ruff! Can't wait to see what the two of you come up with this year.

Valentine's Freebie Festival: Day 8 {FREEBIES}
Today's pick from our VALENTINE FREEBIE FESTIVAL comes from one of my favorite blogs, Mer Mag. As a mother of two boys, Merrilee came up with this dude-friendly twist on traditional valentines.
Shiver me timbers! Those are fun!
Just download the boy or girl pirates and add your favorite pirate saying. Merrilee's boys went with "You're grrreat!" but "Be Me Matey" might be cute too.
You can then stitch heart-shaped felt eye patches on or, for those of you who are sewing-machine-deficient like I am, you could glue them on - or draw some - instead.
And if you want to, add some candy on the back too!
Download the Pirate Valentines here at Mer Mag and if you have a free Valentine's printable you'd like to share, enter it into the link up below!

Valentine's Freebie Festival: Day 7 {FREEBIES}
Sorry I've been MIA - after taking two days off for the Martha Stewart conference last week, I've had a lot of catching up to do. I promise to recap the event tomorrow!
In the meantime, we've got another fabulous find from our VALENTINE FREEBIE FESTIVAL! Brandi from Tweedle Dee Designs has come up with one of the cutest Valentine's Day printable sets I've ever seen.
Aren't the cherry hearts super sweet?
The Sweet Cherry Collection comes with party punchables ( I love the glitter and sparkle Brandi added to these!)
Decorative flags (perfect for straws or DIY tinsel monsters!):
And party labels:
As well as an alphabet banner, favor tags and kiss me labels (those cute little stickers you put onto Hershey's kisses, Rollos or mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups). That's everything you'll need to throw a Valentine's Day party and then some! And yes, everything is FREE!
